There are two different ways to send your money abroad. You can use our online portal or go to one of the nearest Pay iZi Points. For more information you can read the instructions below.
Before you can make a transaction you need to register on our website.
To complete the registration you'll need to provide a valid ID and personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email address. For your security and safety we will verify this information.
Once the registration has been approved, you can start making transactions.
Step 1:
To make a transaction you must log in with your personal account on our website.
Step 2:
After you've logged in, you'll need to provide the name, address and country of the beneficiary and of course the amount you want to send. Based on the amount you want to send, the commission and the amount the beneficiary will receive (based on the applicable exchange rate) will be calculated.
Depending on the amount and nature of the transaction, additional information can be asked.
Step 3:
After you agree on the amount send, commission and the corresponding (estimate of) pay out amount, you are asked to pay the transaction using one of the available payment methods.
Once the payment is completed the transaction will be available for pay out within 24 hours.
The receipt includes all the relevant information from the transaction, including the amount send, commission, exchange rate, collection point
and reference number. The reference number is necessary for pay out to
the beneficiary.
The beneficiary can pick up the money at the collection point as specified in the transaction. The beneficiary needs the reference number and a valid ID in order to collect the transaction.
Warning: give the reference number only to the beneficiary and to no one else!

You can make a calculation of the costs by going to payizi.com and select the “Login”. There you can calculate the costs of your transaction and you don't have to logon first.
It is important that we are able to keep the Pay iZi service safe for all of our customers. By asking for official identification, we are able to verify that people sending money are who they say they are. We are also required by law to carry out these checks.

To become a Pay iZi Agent, you must have valid business license & a photo ID. We may require additional information to verify your identity, to obtain proper authorization, evaluate your earning potential and to comply with country laws and regulations, if any.
You'll simply need a secure computer with an antivirus installed, internet connection and a printer at your own point of sale. Once you are activated as Pay iZi agent, you'll be able to offer our services and earn a commission on every transaction that is sent or received from your locations(s).
Being a Pay iZi Agent, you'll get a commission for every transaction you process, as the customer pays a transfer fee for each Pay iZi transaction sent. The more transactions you send or receive, the more you earn.
Generally, our customers are immigrant workers who want to send money back home to support their family, or tourists in case of emergency, parents of students while they are studying abroad. Pay iZi is responsible for providing fee tables. The system will automatically calculate the fee based on the amount of money sent, the service chosen, and the destination country.
